What if I do not have internet or cell phone service during my dosing window?

If you do not have internet or cell phone service during your dosing window, you can still use Sonara. Sonara will store your recordings and they will be sent to your care team at your OTP when you are back online. 

On your welcome screen under the blue button that says “Take my dose,” there will be an option that says “Having issues?” Use External Recording.” Click this option and you will be able to upload a video of you taking your medication.
