When you begin using Sonara, your counselor will tell you the actions that may result in your suspension from Sonara. If your counselor and care team decide that Sonara is not the right fit for you, they will set your account to inactive and you will be suspended from Sonara. This does not mean you cannot use Sonara again, but you and your care team will decide when you are able to start Sonara again.
When you are able to use Sonara again, your counselor will set your account to active. Sonara is not able to change to your account settings without the permission of your counselor or care team.
