What if my QR code is not scanning?

If your QR code does not automatically scan, do not worry because you can still scan your QR code using a manual scan process.

If the automatic scan does not work, a message will pop up that says, “Show the front and back of your bottle, then tap the button to continue.”

When showing your bottle, be sure to rotate the bottle so all sides are shown. When you click continue, you will be asked to record your dose.
